The villages of the Sierra de Francia, such as La Alberca and Mogarraz, are exceptional examples of heritage conservation and have been recognised as Conjuntos Históricos.

The tour will begin with a walk through La Alberca, where we will explore its cobbled streets, and visit the Plaza Mayor and the Ethnographic Museum. The tour will continue to Mogarraz to admire the portraits on the facades of the houses and visit the Church of Nuestra Señora de las Nieves.
Afterwards, we will climb the Peña de Francia to enjoy the panoramic views from the sanctuary. Later, we will visit Miranda del Castañar, to walk around the walled enclosure and visit the castle and the local church. To finish the tour, we will head to Las Batuecas Valley for a short hiking route.
