Definitions:<\/strong><\/p>\n Registration:<\/strong><\/p>\n To participate in the loyalty program, the User must register on the Platform, providing truthful, updated, and complete information.<\/p>\n By registering, the User agrees to receive communications related to the program and other commercial actions of Eunice Hotel.<\/p>\n Access to Exclusive Benefits at Eunice Hotel with the “MEMBERS ONLY” Platform:<\/strong><\/p>\n For each confirmed reservation and stay at [Hotel Name], the User will accumulate benefits according to the conditions established on the Platform, being able to change levels within the program based on the frequency of their reservations and stays.<\/p>\n The level within the Platform is not transferable and can only be used at Eunice Hotel.<\/p>\n Application of Exclusive Benefits:<\/strong><\/p>\n The offers available on the Platform will be applied automatically to searches made by its members once they identify themselves in the booking engine of Eunice Hotel prior to confirming their reservation.<\/p>\n Termination and Changes:<\/strong><\/p>\n Eunice Hotel reserves the right to terminate or modify the loyalty program, its terms, or any Benefit at any time, with prior notice to Users.<\/p>\n In case of fraudulent, abusive, or violation of these conditions, Eunice Hotel may terminate the User’s membership and\/or withdraw their exclusive benefits.<\/p>\n Data Protection:<\/strong><\/p>\n All information provided by the User will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Policy of Eunice Hotel.<\/p>\n The Hotel undertakes not to share or sell the User’s information to third parties without their explicit consent.<\/p>\n Limitation of Liability:<\/strong><\/p>\n Eunice Hotel will not be responsible for any damage, loss, or harm, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use the Platform or Benefits. These conditions are governed by the laws of Spain.
